Kogi Gov-elect Yahaya Bello gets certificate of return today

Barring any last minute change, the Independent National Electoral Commission will today, present certificate of return to the Kogi Governor-Elect, Alh. Yahaya Bello at the commission’s office in Lokoja today.

Sources at the commission told Vanguard that the ceremonies have been slated for 2pm today.

The Governor-elect is expected to storm the event with thousands of his supporters across the state.
It is still unclear if the Governor-elect will be joined by his Deputy Governor-elect, Hon. Abiodun Faleke, after a latter were he threatened to boycott the January 27, 2015 swearing-in ceremony in Lokoja.
Faleke insists that he was never a running mate to Alh. Yahaya Bello.
